- •Female patients aged 18-70 years, American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA I-III) undergoing mastectomy for breast cancer
排除标准
- •1.Known allergy to lidocaine
- •3.Age < 18 years or > 70 years
- •4.ASA status IV or greater
- •5.History of previous breast surgery except diagnostic biopsy
- •6.Toilet mastectomy, Breast conservative surgery
- •7.BMI > 40 kg/m2
- •8.Kyphosis, scoliosis, previous spinal surgery
- •9.Infection at the injection site
- •10.Pregnancy
- •11.Patient refusal
