入选标准
- •1) Patients with AUA symptom score greater than 8 and less than 19
- •2) Rectal Examination consistent with BPH.
- •3) Prostate volume greater than 26cc.
排除标准
- •1) Patients with severe BPH (AUA score greater than 26)
- •2) Patients with Malignancy, HIV, HBsAg, VDRL positive.
- •3) Patients suffering from systematic diseases like DM, HTN.
- •4) Patients with acute urinary retention.
- •5) Obstructive urinary calculi, bladder neck stenosis, cystic calculi.
- •6) Patients with pyonephrosis
- •7) Patients with acute and chronic renal failure.
