- •3. Be able to follow the protocol
- •4. Given consent to be in the study

- •1. Candidate has acute or chronic illnesses that affect hair growth
- •2. Candidate has scar on study area
- •3. Candidate has undergone facial LASER treatment within 3 months
- •4. Candidate has used hair removal product within 3 months
- •5. Candidate has history of adverse reaction to topical minoxidil
- •6. Candidate request to withdraw from the protocol
