- •Patients with persistent fatigue after cured COVID-19 disease min. 6 weeks, MFI > 50 min 4/5 areas affected
- •- Post-Covid Functional Scale ± 2
- •- Normal LVEF
- •- Nt-pro-BNP, troponin T in normal range
- •- FEV1 and FVC within normal range
排除标准
- •- Known underlying pulmonary or cardiac disease defined as heart failure with preserved or reduced pump function, myocarditis, known coronary artery disease, obstructive restrictive lung disease.
- •- COVID-19 conditional cardiovascular complication e.g. pulmonary embolism, pulmonary fibrosis, myocardial infarction, myocarditis.
- •- Lack of consent
- •- Pregnancy
- •- Age<18 years
