  2. To examine the difference between robotic hand-assisted exercise and conventional exercise in post-stroke rehabilitation
  3. To investigate the factors contributing to both high and low compliance with the use of the robotic hand

入选标准

  • Age above 18
  • Diagnosed with cerebral infarction or hemorrhage, with > or equal to 6 months post stroke
  • Sufficient cognition to follow simple instructions and understand the content and purpose of the study byAMT are larger than or equal to 6
  • Active control of wrist extensor of affected upper extremity
  • With care giver to support subject
  • Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) are less than or equal to 2 for finger and wrist extensors

排除标准

  • Presence of other neurological or orthopedic conditions over affected arm
  • History of botulinum toxin injection within 3 months
  • Poor skin conditions or/and uncontrollable diabetes
  • Contracture over wrist and hand joints of affected upper extremity
