简要总结
Pain is defined as ‘An unpleasant sensory and emotional experience
associated with, or resembling that associated with, actual or
potential tissue damage.’
Patients will experience pain after surgery i.e. Post operative Pain.
This pain can be of mild , moderate or severe type.
As per principle of Ayurveda vitiation of vata is the prime factor to
produce the pain perception.
The formulation from bhaishajya
ratnavali is indicated as analgesic.
According to Bhaishajya ratnavali, Saptang guggul is indicated in
Nadivrana chikitsa adhyay which also has action in shool
management.
Hence, out of my own interet Saptang guggul is selected for this
study.
A comparative clinical trial was designed in the following manner.
The patient was selected by simple randomized sampling method.
41 patients were selected in Group ‘A’ and 41 patients were in
Group ‘B’.
Group‘A’ patients were treated with‘ Saptang guggul’ 1 gm bd and
Group‘ B’ patients were treated with tab ‘Diclofenac sodium 50 mg
bd For 4 days .’
Follow up Operative day , Post operative1st ,2nd ,3rd day
observations will be done and results will be noted.

入选标准
- •Patients presenting with classical signs and symptoms of Post operative pain.
- •Patients of both gender in age group 18-70 years included.
- •Patient ready and willing for treatment.
- •Patients including ASA Scale 1.
排除标准
- •Patients reluctant to take treatment.
- •Known case of Immuno-compromised patient.
