入选标准
- •(1) Men or women aged 40 to 80 years who meet the diagnostic criteria; (2) able to understand the items of various functional scales and complete the assessment; (3) willing to participate in the survey and provide written informed consent.
排除标准
- •(1) Does not meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis;
- •(2) Has serious primary diseases involving the gastrointestinal tract (e.g., gastrointestinal bleeding), cardiovascular system, liver, kidneys, or hematopoietic system;
- •(3) Long-term use of other medications or undergoing comprehensive treatments that may affect the evaluation of efficacy and safety;
- •(4) Presence of other arthritic conditions such as gouty arthritis, or other diseases affecting lower limb function;
- •(5) Women who are breastfeeding, pregnant, or planning to become pregnant;
- •(6) Individuals with hypersensitivity (e.g., allergic to alcohol, two or more foods, drugs, or pollen), or known allergy to any component of the trial drug or control drug;
- •(7) Critically ill patients in whom accurate assessment of the new drug's efficacy and safety is difficult to perform.
