•Diagnosis of mild to moderate alcohol use disorder according to DSM V, i.e., 2-5 criteria met.
•- Sufficient ability to communicate with investigators, to answer questions in oral and written form
•- Ability to give fully informed consent (Fully Informed
•- Normal or correctable (with contact lenses) visual impairment.

•- severe withdrawal symptoms (CIWA-R > 4).
•- Alcohol intoxication (breath alcohol concentration > 0.3 ‰)
•- History of withdrawal complications or severe withdrawal symptomatology.
•- Axis I disorder according to DSM V (except alcohol dependence and specific
•Phobia within the past 12 months).
•- Current substance abuse (THC, amphetamine, opiates, benzodiazepines, barbiturates, and cocaine)
•- Wearing glasses (without the ability to wear contact lenses)
•- Traumatic brain injury or injury/surgery to the head - Parkinson's disease or epilepsy as a pre-existing condition
