入选标准
- •Having informed written consent to participate in the study
- •Having an age of over 60 years
- •Lack of speech, hearing, and vision disorders
- •Ability to communicate
- •No history of psychiatric disorders according to the accompanying patient
- •The absence of employment of a patient or a family member in the medical sciences group
- •Resident of Kashan city
- •Obtaining a score of 8 or higher on(AMTS) (Abbreviated Mental Test Score)
- •Scoring 6 or less on the elderly depression scale(GDS-11) (Geriatric Depression Scale )
排除标准
- •Patient's refusal in the middle of the study to participate in the trial
- •Patient's death
- •Rehospitalization
- •Performing (coronary artery bypass grafting) (CABG)
