- •American Society of Anesthesiologists Body Rating Classifications I, II, III
- •Patients over 18 years old and 80 years old who agreed to participate in the study
- •Patients undergoing knee joint replacement surgery
排除标准
- •Patients with infection at the site of blockade
- •Patients with chronic opiate dependence
- •Patients with pathological obesity (BMI> 35)
- •Patients with a preceding neurological deficit
- •Bleeding patients
- •Patients with allergy to ropivacaine, naloxone
- •Patients with Uncontrolled Diabetes
- •pregnant woman
