入选标准
- •ASA grade 1 , 2 and 3.
- •Elective endoscopic procedure in
- •supine/lateral position.
- •Mouth opening 2-3 finger and MPG 1 and 2.
- •Patients to be kept nil by mouth for 6 hours
- •for solid and 2 hours for clear liquid.
排除标准
- •Parients of of age <18 and >60 years.
- •ASA grade 4 and 5.
- •Restricted mouth opening and MPG 3,4.
- •Adults posted for emergency procedures and
- •not by mouth
- •Patients undergoing endoscopy procedures in
- •prone position
- •Pregnant and lactating females
