入选标准
- •1. Suspected patients having minimum of 3 criteria among the following (a-i)
- •a. Tiredness/Somnolence
- •b. Unexplained weight gain
- •c. DepressionMaterials and Methodology
- •Department of R & B 113
- •d. Cold intolerance
- •e. Hoarse voice
- •g. A puffy face
- •h. Constipation
- •i. Dry skin
- •j. Muscle ache, Tenderness, Stiffness
- •k. Menstrual irregularity
- •i. Hair loss
- •2. Serum TSH >4mU/L
- •3. Patients were selected irrespective of gender, cast, religion and economic
- •4. Patients in between age group of 18-65 years
- •5. Patients with given written consent
排除标准
- •1. Those who are under medication with drugs known to cause hypothyroidism
- •2. Critically ill patients due to any cause
- •3. Pregnant ladies
- •4.Lactating mothers of less than 6 months who are breast feeding.
- •5. Those who are under medication of hypothyroidism with any system of medicine
