入选标准
- •1. Patients scheduled for elective lower limb orthopaedic surgeries under subarachnoid
- •2. ASA class I and II
- •3. Age 18-60 years
- •4. Height 150-170 cm
- •5. BMI < 30 kg per metre square
- •6. Both genders
排除标准
- •1. Patient refusal to participate in study
- •2. Infection at the site of injection of spinal anaesthesia
- •3. Patient having history of drug allergy to local anaesthetic and buprenorphine .
- •4. Patient having any deformities of the spine
- •5. Patient receiving steroids, analgesics and sedatives.
- •6. Patient with history of chronic pain.
- •7. Patient having history of endocrine, cardiovascular, renal or CNS disease.
- •8. Patient having history of bleeding disorder.
- •9. Patient having history of psychiatric disorders
