•1) Adults with smartphones aged 19 years or older who visited the cardiology department at Wonju Severance Christian Hospital
•2) Patients who require additional testing due to discrepancies between symptoms and electrocardiograms in 12-lead electrocardiograms
•3) Signed informed consent for this study, able to understand and carry out the training and instructions

•1) Individuals with a physical disability that prevents them from using a portable electrocardiograph, such as the HARTIV®.
•2) Individuals with an intracardiac device such as a pacemaker, ICD, CRT, VAD, etc.
•3) Subjects who are unable to read the consent form (illiterate, foreigners, etc.)
•4) Other patients judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in the study.
