入选标准
- •1) Patients who were diagnosed with PD according to the 2015 international MDS PD criteria;
- •2) no history of FOG (NFOGQ score =0);
- •3) PD patients at high risk of developing FOG (the risk value was accounted according to our established predicting model for FOG);
- •4) having received a stable anti PD medication therapy for at least 2 months ;
- •5) aged ranging from 45 to 85 years old.
排除标准
- •1) Patients were diagnosed with atypical parkinsonism, secondary parkinsonism or hereditary PD;
- •2) history of serous organic diseases (heart disease, hypertension, lung tuberculosis, nephritis, etc.);
- •3) history of serious arthritis, bone and joint diseases;
- •4) having regularly participated in sports exercises during the recent 2 months;
- •5) Mini Mental Stage Examination(MMSE) score was less than 23 points.
