- •B)Inclusion criteria
- •1.To include 60 pregnant ladies in second trimester with healthy and stage IV gingivitis.
- •2.Young and old maternal age pregnant women aged from 25 years to 35 years.
- •3.Systemically healthy patient.
- •4.Ready to comply with the study.
- •5.Healthy subjects and subjects with periodontitis.
- •C)Exclusion criteria
- •1.Pt with any systemic disease or medically compromised patients.
- •2.Long term (more than 2 weeks) use of antibiotics in past 3 months
- •3.Not on any hormonal therapy
- •4.Subjects with smoking, tobacco chewing habit, alcoholics & drug abusers.

- •Long term (more than 2 weeks) use of antibiotics in past 3 month.
