简要总结
This study is about evaluate the efficacy of Kushthaghna Mahakashaya and Tutthadi Lepa in the management of Mandal kushtha with special reference to Psoriasis.
This is a Double- arm study
20 patients will be given Kushthaghna Mahakashaya in the form of Kashaya/Kwatha in the quantity of 10 gm twice a day before meal for 90 days
20 patients will be given Kushthaghna Mahakashaya in the form of Kashaya/Kwatha in the quantity of 10 gm twice a day before meal along with Tutthadi Lepain the quantity of 10 gm twice a day after meal for 90 days
follow up - 15 days gap during trail period

入选标准
- •Ptients willing for trial The patient who age in between 20 year to 60 year The patient having clinical sign and symptom of Madal Kushtha (Psoriasis) the patient having complaints less than 5 year duration.
排除标准
- •Patients below the age of 20 year and above 60 year Patients with illness more than 5 year Patient with long term steroid and cytotoxic treatment taking more than 5 year Patient having concomitant iliiness like Diabeted Mallitus AIDS and other auto immune disorder patient with evidence of any malignancy are exluded Any drud addiction if present are excluded Pregnant and lactatic women are excluded.
