入选标准
- •1.Age >1yr, including both gender
- •2. Patients with advanced and refractory glaucoma, with an IOP > 21 mm Hg on maximal tolerated medical therapy with or without previous glaucoma surgical procedures, and
- •3.Patients who are poor candidates for additional filtering surgery or implantation of glaucoma drain- age devices.
排除标准
- •1.Patients who had undergone any intraocular surgery other than glaucoma surgery within 2 months before recruitment
- •2.Patients who had undergone previous conventional TSCPC
- •3.Patients with significant cataract
- •4.Patients with significant scleral thinning
- •5.Patients with ocular infection, inflammation in the study eye in the 2 years prior to enrolment
