入选标准
- •1. Patients aged 19 or older and under 80 years of age undergoing urology surgery under general anesthesia
- •2. Patients who are class 1,2 of American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status classification.
排除标准
- •- Body temperature measured in the ward before surgery is 37.6°C or higher or less than 36.0°C
- •- Obesity (body mass index >35kg/m2)
- •- Severe endocrine, cardiovascular, or respiratory disease
- •- Psychiatric history and cognitive impairment
- •- Unstable hemodynamic signs upon admission to surgery [bradycardia (heart rate < 45 beats/min), tachycardia (heart rate > 120 beats/min), hypertension (systolic blood pressure > 180 mmHg), hypotension (systolic blood pressure < 90 mmHg)]
- •- When the time from induction of anesthesia to termination of anesthesia is less than 1 hour
