- •Patients of American society of Anaesthesiologists physical status classification I and II
- •Infraumblical surgeries
- •Elective surgeries
- •Age 18-65 years
- •BMI less than 30
- •Patient who have given valid informed written consent.
排除标准
- •Patients of American society of Anaesthesiologists physical status classification III and IV
- •Emergency surgeries
- •Patient refusal
- •Local Infection
- •Coagulopathy
- •Spine deformity
- •Allergy to study drugs
- •Change in plan of anaesthesia during introperative period
