- •-Nachweis einer klinischen Befundkonstellation, die das Vorhandensein einer Autoimmunerkrankung wahrscheinlich macht. Diese kann eine positive Antikörperkonstellation: serologischer Nachweis von: antinukleäre Antikörper (ANA), anti-DNS-Doppelstrang-Antikörper, c-/p-antinukleäre cytoplasmatische Antikörper (ANCA), Antiphospholipid-Antikörper, Komplementfaktoren c3 und c4) und / oder typisches Organbefallsmuster (renal, kutan, neural, endokrine Manifestation) und / oder erhöhte Entzündungsparameter beinhalten
