•1. Refer to the Diagnosis and Treatment Protocol for Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia (Trial Version 9) to determine the patients of asymptomatic infection (medical obseration period) and mild patients.
•2. Within 5 days of the first positive nucleic acid test.
•3. Aged 65 years and older.
•4. Sign the informed consent form.

•1. Those with contraindications to acupuncture, including local skin damage, infection or inplanted electrophysiological devices.
•2. Communication barriers, inability to cooperate with researchers, such as language comprehension barriers, mental illness, etc.
•3. Uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, cardiac insufficiency; severe liver and kidney dysfunction.
•4. Patients with tumors or inflammatory bowel disease that can cause delayed wound healing.
•5. Those who are not suitable for acupuncture, such as abnormal coagulation function or bleeding tendency.
•6. Those who do not obey random grouping.
•7. Other factors that may affect the results of the study or those who are not suitable to enter the trial according to the judgement of the investigator.
•8. Those who have participated in other clinical trials within 3 months before being enrolled in the study.
