入选标准
- •Female patients diagnosed with Fibromyalgia based on the 1990 criteria of the American College of Rheumatology, pain on the numerical scale of pain between 3 and 8 cm; age between 18 and 65 years and everyone should have agreed to participate in the research by signing the consent form.
排除标准
- •Inflammatory rheumatic diseases; neurological diseases; patients who were undergoing psychiatric treatment; practice of physical activity started or changed in the last three months; medication started or changed in the last three months; patients with uncontrolled cardiorespiratory and cardiovascular diseases or any condition that contraindicates exercise; patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and other musculoskeletal diseases that prevented the practice of the method.
