- Interventional
入排标准
入选标准
- •Patients with GCSE (more than 10 minutes of continuous convulsive seizure activity or two or more sequential seizures without full recovery of consciousness in between seizures), irrespective of etiology.
- •Willing to participate.
- •Age group more than 60 years.
排除标准
- •Not willing accompanying relatives/friends
- •Patients having non-convulsive SE
- •Liver failure, renal failure, cardiac disease (based on clinical judgment, available lab reports, ECG at presentation)
- •Requiring urgent neurosurgical intervention.
- •H/O allergy to drugs
