入选标准
- •patient will have pain in the shoulder for at least one month with sleep disturbance
- •Age is between 35 to 45 years of age
- •All active and passive movements were restricted with a reduction in external rotation at least 50 percentage
排除标准
- •Patients with sensory symptoms or signs in the effected arm or radiating pain to the neck
- •Patients with generalized arthritis fractures or dislocation of humerus
- •Patients with cervical spondylosis or any evidence of referred pain
