- •(a) Children between the age group of 05 year
- •(b) ASA I and II
排除标准
- •(a)Suspected difficult airway
- •(b)History of bronchial asthma, neuromuscular disease or hepatic and renal disease.
- •(c)Patient taking any medication known to influence the potency or duration of neuromuscular blocking agents.
- •(d)Hypercalcemia
- •(e)History of malignant hyperthermia, allergies to glycopyrrolate or neostigmine
- •(f)Severe and significant congenital heart disease
- •(g)Bleeding diathesis
- •(h)Parental refusal
- •(i)Weight < 10 kilogram
