入选标准
- •Patients in age between 30 and 80 years, having a will to participate in the study
- •Peripherally located tumor in liver, which can be resectable by AR or NAR
- •Good hepatic functional reserve (ICG < 15%)
排除标准
- •Paitents with intrahepatic recurrence after previous hepatectomy
- •Patients with advanced hepatoma (pT3–T4)
- •Tumors which can be resectable by both procedure (AR or NAR) or centrally located
