入选标准
- •? Patients aged 19 years or older admitted to an intensive care unit
- •? If a specialist diagnoses the acute respiratory failure
- •? Patients who received invasive mechanical ventilation for more than 24 hours
排除标准
- •? Pregnant women
- •? A condition in which respiratory muscle training is impossible due to neuropathy or congenital muscle disease
- •? Brain death
- •? Patients with severe traumatic brain injury
- •? Patients with brain lesions (infarction and hemorrhage in the brain stem) that can affect breathing capacity
- •? Patients with a history of epilepsy/seizures
- •? Patients with intracranial metal implants (coils, clips, etc.)
- •? Patients with implanted cardiac pacemakers
- •? Patients who did not consent to this study
- •? If a neurologist or psychiatrist has diagnosed cognitive dysfunction
- •? If the diaphragm is dysfunctional due to diaphragmatic trauma or hernia
- •? Patients with chest trauma, multiple trauma or general burns, open thorax or open heart surgery
- •? Terminally ill patients with severe cachexia or less than 12 months of life expectancy
- •? Patients with chronic respiratory failure using a home ventilator
- •? Patients using an extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO)
