简要总结
Effectiveness of instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization versusfoam rolling on trigger point release in calf muscles
OBJECTIVE:
1. 1.Tofind the effect of IASTM on ankle dorsiflexion range of motion, pressure painthreshold and power.
2. 2. Tostudy the effect of Foam Rolling on ankle dorsiflexion range of motion, pressurepain threshold and power.
3. 3. Tocompare the effect of IASTM vs Foam rolling on ankle dorsiflexion range ofmotion, pressure pain threshold and power.
METHODOLOGY:
Based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria thesubjects will be divided in 2 groups.Group A will be treated using IASTM andGroup B will be given foam rolling.Pre and post treatment weight bearing lungetest, universal goniometer, pressure algometer and vertical jump test willbe recorded on first day and 6th day.
