- Female
入选标准
- •Women between 18 and 40 years old; At least 20 teeth in the mouth; Absence of periodontitis (periodontal pocket greater than 4mm accompanied by proximal bone loss);
- •Each group will include:
- •- G1: pregnant smokers (n = 15);
- •- G2: non-smoking pregnant women (n = 15);
- •- G3: non-pregnant smokers (n = 15);
- •- G4: non-pregnant non-smokers (n = 15);
- •To be included in the G1 or G2 group, pregnant women must be in the third trimester (28 to 40 weeks) of pregnancy and undergo medical and prenatal care every 4 weeks at the health post; In G3 or G4: non-pregnant woman; to be included in G1 and G3 to be a regular smoker (smoker with a consumption of more than 10 cigarettes / day).
排除标准
- •Presence of systemic disorders reported in the initial anamnesis and in the medical record of prenatal care of the patient at the health center; use of antibiotics 6 months prior to the study;
