- •The patient with all following criteria is included.
- •Cerebral major vessel occlusion that was treated by IV-tPA and/or mechanical thrombectomy during acute period.
- •Those treatment was done in Aomori prefecture.
- •Major vessel is defined as internal carotid artery (extra cranial or intracranial), anterior cerebral artery, middle cerebral artery, vertebral artery, basilar artery and posterior cerebral artery.

- •The patient and/or their guardian do not agree the study incursion.
