•? Patients diagnosed with adenocarcinoma and who are scheduled to undergo gastrectomy
•? Patients with stage I~III clinical stage prior to surgery by the 7th AJCC gastric cancer staging system
•? Patients aged 20 to 85 years old
•? Patients whose ECOG performance status (Eastern Cooperative oncology Group performance status) is 0~1
•? Patients who voluntarily decide to participate in this study and consent in writing

•? Patients with a history of upper abdominal surgery excluding laparoscopic cholecystectomy
•? Patients scheduled for joint resection of other abdominal organs due to infiltration of other organ diseases or gastric cancer (except for cholecystectomy due to benign diseases)
•? Patients who received chemotherapy and radiation therapy within the last 6 months
•? Patients undergoing emergency surgery due to complications from gastric cancer before surgery, such as bleeding, perforation, and gastric outlet obstruction.
•? Vulnerable research subjects (patients with lack of doctor ability, pregnant women, or patients planning pregnancy)
