- •2.Subjects willing to participate in the study by giving a signed informed consent

- •1.Hemoglobin <6gm /dl
- •2.Subjects undergoing iron supplementation
- •3.Subjects having history of acute and chronic blood loss, example Malena due Hemorrhoids ,Inflammatory bowel disorder, esophageal varices, Gastric erosion ,peptic ulcer disesease , bleeding disorders, hemoglobinopathies, malignancy, pregnancy and lactating women
