入选标准
- •1) Patients ASA (American society of anesthesiologists) 1-3 physical status
- •2) Age 18-75yrs of either sex
- •3) Patient scheduled for elective & emergency surgical procedure under general
- •anaesthesia
排除标准
- •1) Hypersensitivity to dexmedetomidine
- •2)Advanced heart blocked (grade 2 or 3)
- •3)Uncontrolled hypotension
- •4) Pregnancy
- •5) Severe pulmonary, hepatic, cardiac or renal diseases.
- •6)BMI > 40 kg/m2
- •7) Mouth opening less than 1.5 fingers
- •8) Baseline HR < 60 beats/minute and patient on beta blockers
- •9)intubation lasting longer than 15 seconds Multiple intubation attempts (2 or more)
