入选标准
- •All male patients (18 to 50 years of age) with unilateral/bilateral inguinal hernias planned for laparoscopic / open hernia repair
排除标准
- •1. Complicated hernias (irreducible/obstructed/strangulated hernias)
- •2. Recurrent inguinal hernias
- •3. History of previous groin/testicular/scrotal surgeries
- •4. History of testicular trauma/epididymitis/orchitis in the past
- •5. Patient with undescended testis/hydrocele/varicocele
- •6. Significant co-morbidities/unfit for general anaesthesia (ASA 3/4)
