入选标准
- •Patients with four- part fractures of the proximal humerus, fracture dislocations or head splitting fractures
- •Patients presenting within the first five days after injury
排除标准
- •After 3 months postoperatively:
- •- Tuberosity malposition
- •- Inferior subluxation of the prosthesis
- •- Loss of reduction of the greater tuberosity
- •- Deep infection which slowed down the physiotherapy protocol and required surgical debridement
