入选标准
- •All consecutive children aged 1month to 60 months admitted to PICU with ââ?¬Å?severe pneumonia requiring oxygen therapyââ?¬? would be enrolled in this study after getting informed consent from parents.
排除标准
- •1.Children diagnosed to have chronic lung disease
- •2.Any child hospitalized for respiratory illness in last one month period
- •3.Children previously diagnosed to have bronchial asthma
- •4.Children receiving home mechanical ventilation
- •5.Children diagnosed to have preexisting neuromuscular disease
- •6.Children diagnosed to have pre existing adrenal insufficiency
- •7.Children diagnosed to have empyema at admission to emergency room
- •8.Children diagnosed to have pre existing immunocompromised conditions
- •9.Children diagnosed to have Tuberculosis before admission
