- •Skeletal Class II malocclusion (ANB > 4â?°)
- •Retrognathic Mandible with positive VTO
- •Age group: 10 to 16 years.
- •Bilateral Class II molar relationship - half cusp or full cusp
- •Developmental age - Cervical Vertebra Stage and MP3 stage around the adolescent growth spurt.
排除标准
- •Previous history of Orthodontic treatment
- •Angles Class II Division 1 Subdivision Malocclusion
- •Angles Class II Division 2 Malocclusion
- •Congenitally missing teeth (excluding third molars)
- •Syndromic or craniofacial anomalies
- •Severe facial asymmetry
- •Systemic diseases that may affect the orthodontic treatment results
- •Poor Oral Hygiene
