入选标准
- •1) first-ever subcortical or cortical stroke caused by ischemia or hemorrhage
- •2) being stroke at least 6 months
- •3) age between 40 to 80 years
- •4) paralysis of one side of body
- •5) normal vision
- •6) Kinesthetic and Visual Imagery Questionnaire (KVIQ) score > 25
- •7) Fugl-Meyer Assessment Upper Extremity (FMA-UE) score 0-45
- •8) sit on the chair last longer than 45 minutes
排除标准
- •1) severe upper limb spasticity or pain (grade 3 or higher of modified Ashworth scale and visual analog scale 75 to 100 mm)
- •2) cognitive dysfunction (Mini-Mental State Exam score < 23
- •3) other neurological diseases such as psychiatric disorder, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease and musculoskeletal disorder restricting joint movement such as wrist and finger osteoarthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, de quervain's tenosynovitis, and trigger finger, severe hemispatial neglect, severe aphasia, apraxia, history of epilepsy, and craniotomy, pacemaker, steel plates or contraindication for functional electrical stimulation
