- •Prior treated with bortezomib
- •Measurable disease: M-protein > 0.5 g/dL

- •Severe allergy to protease inhibitor
- •Requiring administration strong CYP3A4 metabolized drugs
- •active infection
- •peripheral neuropathy more than grade 2
