入选标准
- •A. between 20 years old and 70 years old age
- •B. American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status classification I~III
- •C. video assisted thoracoscopic surgery for more than lung lobectomy
- •D. Patients who can fill out a consent form or can get consent from a legal representative
排除标准
- •A. under 19 years old age
- •B. Pregnant or lactating women
- •C. history of hypersenstivity allergic reaction to pain control medication (nefoparm or nefopam component hypersensitivity)
- •D. kidney dysfunction or liver dysfunction
- •E. history of epilepsy or convulsion
- •F. history of myocardial infarction
- •G. A patients who is administered MAO inhibitor
- •H. A patients has urinary retension risk associated with ureteral or prostate disorders
- •I. history of closed-angle glaucoma
