简要总结

The use of bifocal CL did not significantly affect fatigue and the frequency and intensity of ocular symptoms. It was also thought to be due to the fact that many patients had low severity of eye symptoms. The oblique inward deviation suggests that the participation and depth of focus of the lens are used by the subjects to relax their accommodation efforts. However, further research is needed to assess long-term adaptation to lenses.
