- •? Seniors over 65 years of age
- •? Those who meet one or more of the five metabolic syndrome diagnostic indicators (abdominal obesity, hypertension, insulin resistance, dyslipidemias, low high-density lipoprotein cholesterol)
- •? Those who have not received the BeHaS program before
- •? Those who have no difficulty getting up from sitting or walking
排除标准
- •? Persons with cognitive impairment that may affect research progress (The Short Portable Mental Status Questionnaire, SPMSQ score of 7 or less)
- •? Those who participate in other intervention programs that may affect the research results during the intervention period
