- •age 18 - 65 years old
- •accept to participate in study
- •been healthy for the last 3 months
- •No use of any medication in the last 3 months
- •living in the study area for the last 10 years
排除标准
- •amenorrea in wommen with out pregnancy or menopause
- •dislipidemia, diabete or metabolic sindrome
- •sistolic blood preasure >140 and/or diastollic blood preasure >100 mm Hg
- •score les than 50 in the health questionaire
