- Interventional
入排标准
入选标准
- •Systemically healthy patients within the age group of 30-50 years both males and females
- •Patients who are willing and give informed consent
- •Patients who maintain their oral hygiene
- •Clinical and radiographic evidence of mandibular buccal furcation defect >= 3mm
- •Vital teeth
- •Presence of at least 2mm of keratinized gingiva on selected tooth
- •Vertical probing depth <=4mm
排除标准
- •Known allergy to any of the material
- •Patients on any medication
- •Patients on antibiotic therapy within last 3 months
- •Patients who are medically compromised or under therapeutic regimen that may alter the probability of tissue and bone healing
- •Pregnancy and lactation
- •Acute infections- HIV
- •Metabolic bone diseases- osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis
- •Teeth with mobility and hopeless prognosis
- •Patients with previous periodontal regenerative therapies in the selected area 6 months prior to the study
