- •Clients who have stage I hypertension (systolic 130-139 mm Hg and diastolic 80-89 mm Hg) and stage II hypertension (systolic 140-179 mm Hg and diastolic 90-119 mm Hg)
- •-Hypertensive clients who are between 30 and 70 years.
- •-Hypertensive clients of both genders.
- •-Hypertensive clients who are under regular treatment.
- •-Hypertensive clients who have elevated cholesterol levels.
- •-Hypertensive clients who can understand Tamil.

- •- Hypertensive clients who are pregnant and lactating mothers.
- •- Hypertensive clients who are not willing to participate in the study.
- •- Hypertensive clients who are not available at the time of data collection.
