入选标准
- •(a) History of one cancelled embryo transfer due to thin endo <7mm (after all conventional treatment as per institutional protocol.
- •(b) Age 25–45 years,
- •(c) Body mass index (BMI) 18.5 to 29.9 kg/m2
- •(d) Recipients of Donor oocyte & Donor embryo.
排除标准
- •(a) Presence of uncontrolled endocrine disorders (uncontrolled diabetes mellitus/ hyperprolactinemia, thyroid dysfunction,
- •(b) Previous major uterine surgery
- •(c) Previous hysteroscopic surgery
- •(d) Adenomyosis
- •(e) Endometriosis
- •(f) Untreated hydrosalpinx
- •(h) Cotreatment with any Nitric Oxide donor
- •(i) Patients with bleeding disorder or those who are at increased risk of retinal bleeding, peptic ulcer, or preoperative patients
- •(j) Patients with Renal Impairment: Patients with creatinine clearance less than 30 mL/min
- •(k) Allergy to xanthine derivatives, e.g., caffeine, theophylline, theobromine
- •(l) Acute myocardial infarction or severe coronary disease due to increased risk of myocardial demand
- •(m) Severe liver disease (Child pugh class C) or cirrhosis
- •(n) Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
- •(o) bleeding disorders (altered prothrombin time
- •(p) Co-administration with
- •(q) other antihypertensive drugs
- •(r) Glibenclamide or metformin
- •(s) other theophylline derivatives
- •(t) Co- treatment with Aspirin
