- •Participants from the same project area.
- •Participants willing to participate.

- •Age less than 10 years and more than 19 years,
- •Pregnancy and lactation
- •Congenital heart disease, hepatic, bleeding disorders, Sickle cell Anemia, Cancer, Renal failure.
- •Patients with chronic diseases, inherited defects
- •Patients with infectious diseases.
- •Based on Laboratory investigations:
- •Patients who do not give blood samples for investigation.
