- •Eligibility criteria included adult patients, 18 years or older, who underwent a LA for acute appendicitis.
排除标准
- •To achieve better homogeneity between studied groups, the subgroup analysis excluded patients with conversion; in these cases, the appendiceal stump was usually secured traditionally with purse-string invaginating sutures.
