入选标准
- •1) Patients with ASA grade 1 and ASA grade 2
- •2)age group 18-60 years of either sex
- •3)all patients going for lower limb orthopedic surgeries
排除标准
- •1)Patients refusal or not giving consent
- •2)Patients who are catherterised prior to or during the surgery
- •3)Patients with spine deformities or neurological disorder
- •4)Patients with local skin infections or disease
- •5)Patients with history of drug allergy
- •6)Patients with coagulopathy disorder
- •7)Patients on tranquilizers hypnotics sedatives and anti-psychotic drugs
- •8)Patients with severe liver disease or kidney diseases
- •9)ASA grade 3 and above
